We measure the opening, cut the frame to it, and glaze the unit before it leaves the floor. Multi-chamber PVC holds the heat in; thermally broken aluminum keeps the sightline at 55 mm.

Materials

Both profiles are cut on the same saws and glazed on the same bench. The material follows the opening: how far it spans, how much heat it has to hold, and how slim you want the frame to read.

We build the part of the building you touch every day.

Profiles arrive as six-metre bars and leave as glazed, finished frames. We cut, weld and reinforce to the sizes we measured on site, not to the nearest catalogue size.

Every unit is assembled and water-tested on the floor before it ships. Hardware goes on in-house, so hinges sit square and handles line up first time. A frame that is three millimetres out goes back to the saw.
