Every joint is drawn before it is cut.

A frame is only as good as its section. We work from our own profiles so the thermal break, the glazing rebate and the seals line up on every unit, not just the first one.

  • Frame profile: 70 mm, thermally broken, PVC core with steel reinforcement.
  • Thermal break: glass-fibre polyamide, separates the inner and outer shells.
  • Triple glazing: 48 mm, two 16 mm argon cavities, warm-edge spacer.

Three profile families cover most openings. Each unit is welded, glazed and pressure-tested at the bench before it leaves the workshop, and every specification below is a value we build to, not a range we hope to hit.

From survey to handover

Measured on site, fitted by our own crews.

A surveyor checks every opening before fabrication starts, so each unit arrives sized for the wall it fills. The same crew sets, shims, insulates and seals it, then tests the hardware. One contract, one point of contact.

  1. 01 Survey Laser measurement of every opening, tolerance ±2 mm, with photos of the reveal.
  2. 02 Fabrication Profiles cut, welded and glazed in Winterthur; hardware fitted and cycled 50 times.
  3. 03 Installation Delivered, fixed, insulated and sealed by the crew that built the unit.
  4. 04 Handover Test certificates, care instructions and keys handed to you on site.
