We design, fabricate and fit aluminum and PVC windows and doors across the Netherlands and Belgium. Thermal breaks, multi-chamber profiles, triple glazing, and hardware that still closes cleanly after fifteen years.

The engineering is the part you never see.

Every frame starts as a cut list, not a sketch. We miter aluminum to 0.2 mm, crimp the thermal break on both sides of the profile, and set glass on warm-edge spacers so the pane never touches cold metal.

PVC profiles carry six air chambers and a galvanized steel core. You notice it on the first cold morning: no draught at the seal, no condensation on the reveal, no road noise coming through the glass.

One tolerance, three materials.

Aluminum

Extruded 6060 alloy with a polyamide thermal break. Sightlines start at 55 mm, so a 2.4 m pane reads as glass with a shadow. Powder-coated to Qualicoat Seaside for coastal air.

PVC

Six-chamber profiles with a galvanized steel core and co-extruded seals. Maintenance-free, dimensionally stable, and warm to the touch on a January morning.

Alu-clad

Aluminum outside for weather, PVC inside for warmth and low upkeep. The usual choice for renovation, where the existing reveal is tight and you want to keep the interior trim.
