We build PVC and aluminium windows and doors to order: multi-chamber profiles, thermal breaks, and welded corners held to half a millimetre. Triple glazing reaches Uw 0.74 W/m²K.

PVC window systems

Six-chamber profiles with steel cores and warm-edge spacers. Double or triple glazed, and finished in any RAL colour.

Aluminium door systems

Thermally broken frames with concealed hinges and a flush 47 mm threshold. Lift-and-slide, tilt-and-turn, and pivot doors.

Facade and curtain wall

Unitised curtain wall, structural glazing, and window walls. Powder-coated or anodised aluminium, tested to 2,400 Pa wind load.

From drawing to sealed opening

Send drawings, a schedule, or a sketch of the elevation. We model the thermal performance before cutting a profile, flag any detail that will not meet specification, and issue a fixed quote.

Frames are cut and welded on CNC lines, corners cleaned, hardware torqued to the manufacturer's figure, and every unit air and water tested before it leaves the workshop.

    Profiles cut and welded to ±0.5 mm, corners sealed.

    Testing

    Air, water, and wind tested to EN 14351-1.

    Our fitters set, pack, seal, and hand over each opening.
